Chest Workout Information

Bench Press 3 to 4 sets 6 to 10 reps
Dumbbell Fly 3 to 4 sets 6 to 10 reps
Incline Bench Press 3 to 4 sets 6 to 10 reps
Decline Bench Press 3 to 4 sets 6 to 10 reps

Note: Take 30 to 60 seconds to rest in between sets
